I sure miss Fall in California and Utah. I love feeling that chill in the air and watching the leaves change color.
Here in San Antonio, I like to think there's only two seasons: Winter and Summer. It's either hot and humid or really cold. What am I gonna do about it right?
On Sunday, I busted out my Fall boots and wore them to church. Yesterday, I made pumpkin chocolate chip cookies. I'm hoping San Antonio will get the hint that it's time to cool the heck down!
Anyway, a friend of mine made these cookies for me and I inhaled them. I mean it, I INHALED THEM! I asked for the recipe thinking it was going to be complicated but nope! All you need are 3 ingredients! You heard that right! *side note: when I say 3 ingredients, I really mean just that. I made the mistake of following the instructions on the cake mix box when I didn't need to. Yikes*
The 3 ingredients are:
-box of spice cake mix
-15 oz can of pumpkin
-cup of chocolate chips
Simply mix the cake mix, pumpkin, and chocolate chips together! Drop them on a baking sheet and bake at 350 for 15-20 minutes!
Enjoy!
